Born in 1991 in Baku, Azerbaijan, Op. Dr. Turan Mehdizade is a distinguished female surgeon specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. As one of the few women in the field of aesthetic surgery, Dr. Mehdizade has earned her esteemed position in the industry through her innovative approach and exceptional technical expertise.

Educational Background

Dr. Mehdizade graduated at the top of her class from the Azerbaijan Medical University between 2009 and 2015. She continued her medical education in Turkey, where she excelled in the Medical Specialization Exam (TUS) and began her specialization training in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgery at Bezmialem Vakıf University in 2017.

During her specialization, she honed her skills in both theoretical and practical areas and successfully completed her training in 2022 by presenting her thesis titled, “Comparison of the Effects of Human Amniotic Fluid Derived Cell Culture Medium and Adipose Tissue-Derived Stem Cells on Capsule Formation Around Silicone Prosthesis.”
